Stronger Together for Additional Needs and Disabilities

STAND North Wales was formed by Yvonne Brookes and Sarah McCulloch as a not for profit Community Interest Company in response to the closure of organisations representing families of children and young adults with Speech, Language and Communication Needs, Additional Needs and Disabilities in North Wales and is a parent led organisation.

We offer many training courses to our parents and professionals that are signed up to us, funding dependant such as Makaton and Mindfullness.

Parents & Carers

STAND North Wales CIC is here to help and to support the families, parents and carers of children with additional needs and disabilities in North Wales.

Young People

STAND North Wales CIC runs youth clubs online for young people with additional needs and disabilities both in mainstream and specialist education settings, so that they can meet and join together.
