10.00 am – 12 noon: crafts, play pool, table tennis, table football, catch up with friends, tea and toast. £2.00 per adult. Carers FREE

Stay all day and cook your own lunch (ingredients provided), yoga, light exercise and more. £4.00 per adult. Carers FREE
