Online Auction Fundraiser

Welcome to the STAND North Wales CIC Online Auction Fundraiser. We would like to thank the amazing businesses and individuals who have been so generous in supporting our fundraising auction. We are extremely grateful to each and every one of you for your kindness and continued support.
We have some amazing items for you to bid on, are you looking for something special for someone as a gift for Christmas, birthday, anniversary? Then look no further.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE BIDDING ON ANY ITEMS:
How the auction works: Each item has a starting bid. If you see something you would like to bid on, you send your highest bid (the highest amount you would bid for each item your interested in), with a note of the item, your name and contact details and email the information over to Sarah.
The auction will close on Sunday 26th November at 3.00 pm. NO additional bids will be accepted or be valid after this time. The highest qualifying bid, a bid which complies with the auction rules at the closing time is the winning bid.
Once the auction has closed, the winner will be notified and given payment details. Payments need to be made within the 24 hour period that follows. If payments have not been received within this timeframe, then the item(s) will be withdrawn and you will no longer be the winner. Any items that have not been paid for within this time frame or unclaimed will become the property of STAND North Wales CIC and the item will be resold and proceeds will go towards the work of STAND North Wales CIC.
All sales are final. There are NO refunds or exchanges permitted and NO item is redeemable for cash. You are responsible for the safety and security of your item once you have claimed it.
For auction items which are providing a service to be performed, e.g. hair cut and blow dry, afternoon tea, etc, It is the resposibility of the WINNER to make the arrangements directly with the donor as indicated on the auction lot.
ALL items won except for the Llaeth Y Llan Yoghurts (which must be collected by the winner direct from the manufacturer – Llanefydd) are to be collected from a STAND North Wales CIC community location, e.g. where we hold various sessions within Denbighshire, Conwy and Flintshire. We are unable to deliver to your home. Items can be posted but at an additional cost to the winner. Proof of purchase will be obtained that they have been posted out.
All items donated are new and are sold as seen. We have the right to change items: Items may be added or withdrawn, without notice.
Item 1: Riversdale House B&B
1 Night stay between Sunday and Thursday. Double en-suite room with continental breakfast. Voucher expires 30th April 2024. With grateful thanks to Georgina and Liv.
Riversdale is sandwiched between The River Dee, Llangollen Steam Railway and Llangollen Canal making it a prime location for all of our visitors to this picturesque town.

The Tattersalls Enclosure is located between the Dee Stand and County Concourse. Offering access to both sides of the track. Tattersalls is a firm favourite with racegoers.
